Description: Serephia was definitely a life saver. When I realized I had nowhere to host my PNGS and layouts downloads, I was on the verge of closing down the site. Description: Anime Requiem is an amazing website, well known all over neopets for having just the best layouts, best guides, best everything. That's why I was so surprised when they accepted me as their Affie. They are always consistent with their designs, and it's basicly the first place you want to go to when you need great quality graphics or extensive neopets help and tutorials.

Description: What I love about Grafikando Designs is that the graphics and layouts look like hours were spent working on them. That's how good her designs are. I'm happy to see people out there like Laila that actually strive to make really amazing, great quality stuff for people that can't do it themslves, instead of just slapping together something in like 30 minutes. This is a really beautiful site that you must see for yourself.

Description: This girl creates some amazing things with her talent. She has a style that I've always envied and wished I could emulate. Flying High is primarily a resource site that offers some of the best textures and brushes I've seen around. This is definitely one site you must definitely visit if you're looking for an immense collection of great quality resources.

Description: Lenne really blew me away with her site, Magic Star Design. At the time I accepted her, I wasn't accepting affiliate applications but I just couldn't say no to her site. It's wonderful, very organized, and rich in great quality designs. I'm amazed at her dedication to her site.

Description: Sarah has always been very consistent with her designs. Each new designs she whips out is always better than the last. At Remeniscent-Designs you can find anything from premade web designs and PS brushes to avatar icons and tutorials. And the best thing is she has a huge collection so I'm sure you can definitely find something to your liking at her site. She creates her designs with such a celestial style that seems so effortless but always comes out looking amazing time and time again.

Description: Nise has a style that is very trendy. She always puts 100% effort in all her designs and it shows. I can't point out one single flaw in her site. Everything is absolutely gorgeous. Every page is brilliant and caters to the visitors needs. At Flamboyant you can find a surplus of avatars, brushes, wallpapers, PNGs, designs, and more. For a site that hasn't been around for very long, I am very impressed by its growth and exceptional quality of designs.

Description: Chiaki is one of the nicest people in the world. As soon as I read her application I immediately added her as a sibling, my very first in fact. Her site is really wonderful considering it is fairly new. Her layouts and graphics are really impressive and I'm very lucky to have her as a sibling.
