tutorials

You do not have to link back to NQ Designs for reading my tutorials but it would be greatly appreciated if you did.
My tutorials may not be mirrored or duplicated in any way or form.
Images used for tutorials are meant for learning purposes only. Do not directlink them or distribute them as your own.

graphics

Do not under any circumstances, hotlink or directlink my graphics. That means you may not right-click my images to find the code so you can use them for your own endeavors. The graphics that are made specifically for users to place on their site, online-journal, myspace, guild, shop, etc. will have the code generated for you, unless stated differently.
I do expect a link back for using any of my graphics. It can be a text link or a button link. You can find buttons to link me with here.
No altering or editing my graphics in any way or shape, especially those that contain the credits on the graphic.
Please do not erase or remove the credits. These graphics are considered linkware, so the credits must remain where they are.
Do not distribute any of my graphics without my consent.

layouts

Do not copy and paste the code for the premade layouts just so you can use the code with your own images. That is still considered stealing.
Do not remove the credits. These layouts are linkware so all credits back to NQDESIGNS must remain where they are.
Do not claim any of my layouts as your own. If you think you won't get caught, Murphy's Law states that eventually you will.

avatars

Please save my Avatars to your own computer, and upload them to a different server. If you are new to this concept, read the Uploading Images Tutorial.
I do expect a link back for using any of my graphics. It can be a text link or a button link. You can find buttons to link me with here.
Do not edit my avatars. They are NOT 'blank avatars' that may be customized. Leave them as they are.

brushes

Any use of any of my brushes on any type of graphic requires a link back to NQ Designs. A text link would be fine.
Do not directlink any of my brushes' downloads.
Do not claim these brushes as your own. Also no redistribution of the brushes allowed.

midis

Basically, just don't remove the button link. I placed them in the code for a reason. However, if you are placing the music on a site, guild, shop, userlookup, myspace, etc. that already has a layout from NQDESIGNS (with the credits intact), then the extra button is not necessary.
Do not distribute these midis as your own. That takes up alot of bandwidth and if it continues then I will have to remove them from the site.

downloads in general

A link back is not required (although it would be nice), but that does not mean you may claim them as your own.
Downloads, such as Transparent PNGs and fonts, may be used for making your own layouts.
Do not directlink any of the downloads, this includes Transparent PNGs, Fonts, Avatar Templates, Button templates, MP3s, or Manga.

mp3s

The MP3s are copyrghted to their respected artists. I had no input in the creation of these songs so no link back is necessary.
The MP3s are for sampling purposes only.
Once you click that link to download a song, you agree to the Terms, and that you promise to delete the song within 24 hours of downloading it.
